Chicot County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government office, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a consumer-reporting service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant decisions. Purpose and Ownership

This private reference points toward Chicot County and Arkansas resources for booking records, custody status, court information, and correctional records. It holds no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Some pages connect users to outside research tools. Those tools remain separate services with their own terms, data practices, prices, and results.

External Resources

Links may point to sheriff and police contacts, custody systems, corrections pages, court portals, federal locators, legal-aid resources, news pages, and commercial search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside service's content, availability, security, data handling, or terms, and visitors should review those terms before use.

No Warranties

All material is supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, or current
  • Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
  • The site is free from errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
  • A partner search will return every relevant result

Custody and public-record information can change at any time. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Chicot County Sheriff's Office or another government agency.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and its partners harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, misuse of information, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Chicot County Busted Mugshots or the party that licensed them. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission, except where law permits.

Revised Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted, and continued use after that point means acceptance of the new terms.

Access May End

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Arkansas Law Controls

Arkansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
